They grow fast!!

Cole has grown like weed in the past few weeks.

  He went from a little peanut.....

To a little chunker.  We love our little sumo boy!!

The Asian Curse

So the stereotype goes, "haf camara-will take-a you pik cha" (you have to say it out loud to get the full effect) Anyway, I guess I can't help myself. I want as many pictures to remember things that I'm constantly taking them. Sometimes it works out and you get a really cute photo.....

Other times....you end up scaring your kid!!!

Sock Hands II

I'm not sure if anyone has had a child that could use those little newborn mittens.  Ava tried to scratched her eyes out and so did Cole.  Those little mittens are hard to et on their little hands and when you get them on they just slide right off.  We resorted to putting socks on.  They go on easier and they stay on much better.

Bringing home baby!!

We were scheduled to be at the hospital at 7:30 in the morning so Sarah could be induced.  Exactly 12 hours later, Cole Grant Ono was born.  Tipping scales at 8 lbs. 2 oz.  He was just about 1 1/2 lbs larger than Ava.  Everything was worked out great.  Cole didn't have any complications and neither did Sarah.

Unlike Ava, Cole came out screaming.  He was so cute.  

Cole was warm and cozy under the electric warmer.

After two two nights in the hospital, we packed Cole up and heading home.  We enjoyed the time alone with Cole but really missed our monkey girl!!
